We’re rolling out the prioritized traffic feature for Premium Fiber. This new addition helps your most important online tools run smoothly, even when your network is busy. With prioritized traffic on the Brightspeed network, things like video calls, cloud apps, and other critical systems get first priority, so they stay fast and reliable during peak usage times.
Best of all, customers who already have Premium Fiber will automatically get this exciting feature.

Customers now have a quicker and easier way to get pricing from us when they need it. Our new Channel Partner Pricing Request Form lets you request quotes for services at specific addresses in just a few clicks.
