We’re rolling out the prioritized traffic feature for Premium Fiber. This new addition helps your most important online tools run smoothly, even when your network is busy. With prioritized traffic on the Brightspeed network, things like video calls, cloud apps, and other critical systems get first priority, so they stay fast and reliable during peak usage times.
Best of all, customers who already have Premium Fiber will automatically get this exciting feature.
DIA Address Qualification Made Easier
Our customers now have a quicker and easier way to find out if their location qualifies for Dedicated Internet Access (DIA). We’ve improved the experience so now instead of calling in, customers can self-check their address online and instantly get an answer on whether their location is eligible.

Forget waiting on hold … now customers can simply fill out a Hub Access Request form online to get access and manage their accounts. This is a fast and simple self-service tool that gives users the freedom to take control of their business services.
