John joined Brightspeed in March and is grateful to lead a team of six Sales Engineers and two Technical Design Engineers. Together, they support enterprise sales and Voice+ onboarding, helping connect customer needs with practical, reliable solutions. John works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Wholesale to improve processes and deliver strong customer outcomes.

John lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and family. He has nearly 30 years of telecommunications experience across sales engineering, service assurance, customer success, field operations, and technical support.

He’s also held roles as an electrician and firefighter/EMT, and brings a service-minded approach to teamwork, leadership, and helping others achieve their goals.
