Based in Indiana, Michelle supports our Public Sector customers across several states—making sure cities, counties, and related agencies in our footprint have the reliable telecom solutions they need. She focuses on keeping our customers happy (hopefully migrating over to our fiber network, if possible) and helping local governments discover how Brightspeed can be a valued partner in their important work serving their citizens. Michelle is a proud Purdue graduate with 15+ years working in government. She originally joined Brightspeed on the Government Affairs team where she fell in love with the company mission to bridge the digital divide.
