We’re rolling out the prioritized traffic feature for Premium Fiber. This new addition helps your most important online tools run smoothly, even when your network is busy. With prioritized traffic on the Brightspeed network, things like video calls, cloud apps, and other critical systems get first priority, so they stay fast and reliable during peak usage times.

Best of all, customers who already have Premium Fiber will automatically get this exciting feature.

Our customers now have a quicker and easier way to find out if their location qualifies for Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) using Connectbase. We’ve improved the experience so now instead of calling in, partners can self-check their addresses online and instantly get an answer on whether their locations are eligible.

Your customers expect reliable Wi-Fi that can reach every corner of their workspace. That’s why we’ve pulled together step-by-step guides and videos to help make it easy to set up Brightspeed Business Wi-Fi extenders. This keeps your customers’ teams connected, wherever work happens.
