Use UOC to Order Fiber and Premium Fiber
Quoting and ordering Brightspeed Business Fiber and Premium Fiber is even simpler! Both are now available through the Neustar Universal Order Connect (UOC) platform. This gives our Wholesale customers a faster, more streamlined way to self-serve through a single interface into the Brightspeed OSS stack. Services under a Wholesale Broadband Service Agreement (WBSA) can also be ordered through a Local Service Request (LSR) via the Neustar UOC platform.
Stay Connected with CCDB
The Brightspeed Customer Contact Database (CCDB) is your central hub to stay in the loop on important updates from our team—and manage your company’s key contact information all in one place. The Subscription Tool also lets you control who gets notifications, and you can subscribe or unsubscribe to keep the right people on your team aligned and organized.
