Access Service Requests (ASR) have officially moved to our Universal Order Connect (UOC) portal as of February 21, 2026. This is the second phase of the migration that also included successful launches of CABS Billing and Trouble Administration and Maintenance (TAM) last fall. This migration streamlines ordering and modernizes the experience for our wholesale partners now all in one centralized location.

This year, our Fiber to the Tower (FTTT) initiative will upgrade more than 1,100 towers to 10G connectivity across our 20-state footprint. These network upgrades will help boost economic growth, digital inclusion, and technology innovation in communities that need it most. It also gives our wholesale partners the speed and flexibility to deliver their next-generation solutions.
