Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, required equipment fails, or customer doesn't have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from Brightspeed. 

 

Services and limited time offer are not available everywhere.  Rate is available to new, qualifying business customers who subscribe to a qualifying Brightspeed Business Internet plan (min. upload speed: 500-749K/2 lines, 750K-999K/5 lines, 1MB+/10 lines). Rate applies to one phone line; monthly fees will apply to additional lines, if selected. Additional equipment required for Digital Phone. One-time $10 activation fee applies per line. Monthly service rates, leased equipment rates, and taxes, fees, and surcharges, are subject to change and, if any changes are made to existing Brightspeed accounts in any manner, all prior discounts will be void. Month to month service may be cancelled at any time. Customer must remain in good standing. Additional restrictions may apply. Each month following, a recurring e-commerce transaction for your service will be processed as service automatically renews monthly until cancelled by customer. Digital Phone: Service applies to direct-dial, local and nationwide long-distance voice calling, and Caller ID, Hold, Call Waiting and 3-way calling.  Service requires power, unlike analog Business Phone lines. Voicemail and/or Text messaging service can be added for an additional monthly fee.  Service excludes call center, data services, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units, 0+ dialing, and 3-digit dialing (other than 911, 711, 611 and 411), and Premium service. Not recommended for business fax purposes, Point of Sale (POS) credit card transactions or security systems; doesn’t support collect calls, third-party calls and 900 numbers.
