Switching between enterprise IDs
If your Control Center username is assigned to more than one enterprise ID, you can switch from one enterprise to another to work with different Brightspeed accounts or services without having to sign out and sign in again. You can also set the default enterprise ID you want to view when you first sign in to Control Center and assign custom names to the enterprise IDs you work with.
To switch between enterprise IDs:
- Sign in to Control Center. (Get help retrieving your username or password.)
- Click the enterprise ID in the upper-right corner, then click the row for the enterprise ID you want to switch to.
Control Center changes the enterprise ID you're viewing. Usually, Control Center shows the dashboard for the enterprise ID you selected, but sometimes you will see the same page you were on, but changed for the enterprise ID you selected.
