Using Control Center on a mobile device

If you're away from your desk, you can still access Control Center. Sign in to Control Center from your mobile device using the username and password you always use for Control Center. (If you've forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve them.) Control Center is mobile friendly and responds to the device you're using—whether computer, tablet, or smartphone, there's no app to download.

Using the mobile site, you can manage many of the services you do with the desktop version. For example, you can:
 

  • sign in to Control Center
  • create, close, or update repair tickets
  • check ticket status
  • view/pay invoices

  • iOS 4.0
  • BlackBerry 6.0
  • Windows Mobile 7
