The information that appears in the Billing and Payments section of My Brightspeed is personalized to reflect information about your account. You will see one or more of the following line items.
Billed Amount – what you owe this month
Current Amount Due – what you owe, *including any previous balances*
Payment Due By – the due date for the current Billed Amount
Note: If you do not see a "Payment Due By" line item, it is probably becuase you are on AutoPay. You will see an AutoPay message below your "Billed Amount" or "Current Amount Due".
