Customer assistance programs

If your income is limited, you may be eligible for help paying your phone or internet service through Lifeline or the Affordable Connectivity Program.

ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) is a federal initiative that offers eligible households a monthly discount on internet service. You automatically qualify for ACP if you are eligible for Lifeline, but you must still fill out the Brightspeed application to receive the discount on your internet connection.

Visit our Affordable Connectivity Program page to learn more about qualifications and to how to apply.

Lifeline is a federal program that helps reduce the monthly cost of phone or eligible internet connection. Lifeline can only be used for phone or internet service—not both. Participants in state- and federally approved help programs can get Lifeline discounts.

As you learn more about these assistance programs and apply for them, you can also find out about setting up payment arrangements if you're having trouble making your next payment. We're here to help.
