Where can I pay my Brightspeed bill in person?

Who can pay in person? You can pay in person if you currently have a postpaid plan. A postpaid plan allows you to pay your bill after you've received service each month. You can pay online, by phone, payment arrangement, by mail, autopay, or in-person.

Sometimes you might want to pay your bill in person. In that case, you can speak with someone face-to-face or use a wider range of payment choices. You can make a payment in cash, cheque, or money order at the majority of in-person payment locations. Savings accounts, credit cards, debit cards, and ATM cards are accepted at some establishments.

Although Brightspeed doesn't have any physical sites where you may pay your bill, we do have partnerships with CheckFreePay in several of our cities that you can use to make in-person payments.

Tip: Bring along your Brightspeed bill. Since it has your account information, it will speed up the payment process for you.
