Pay your bill in person

Although Brightspeed doesn't have any physical locations for bill payments, our partnerships with CheckFreePay allow you to easily pay your bill in person at convenient retail locations.

Who can pay in person?

  • Customers with a prepaid fiber plan and an account that is past due or suspended. You’re billed automatically each month. For in-person payments, you must pay with cash.
  • Customers with a postpaid internet plan. You’re billed after each month of service.

How can I tell what kind of plan I have?

Log in to your Brightspeed account and check the sidebar menu to find your plan information. If you are accessing your account on a mobile device, then click on the top, right-hand-corner menu located at the top of the page to see your plan information.
