Get all of your monthly billing information electronically when you sign up for paperless billing. It's easy to do on the My Brightspeed website or on the app.
Note: If you don't see a Billing Preferences section on the Billing page, it means you are a Prepaid internet customer. In that case, paperless billing is automatically activated and you receive email notices of upcoming payments.
While you're in the Billing Preferences section, you can also set up AutoPay, store and manage payment methods, or learn how to block third-party billing from your account for extra security.
After signing in to the app, select My Bill from the navigation at the bottom of the screen. Under Billing Preferences, look for the "Paperless Bills" toggle. If it's green, then paperless billing is turned on. If the toggle is gray, that means paperless billing is turned off. You can tap it to change the setting.
After you tap the toggle, the Paperless Billing screen will open. Here you can confirm or update the email address where you will receive your billing notices, then select "Save."
Paperless billing allows you to receive your bills electronically. You'll get an email every month with payment options and quick links.
