Administrative Service Fee

The Administrative Service Fee (ASF) is applied to each monthly invoice to partially help offset the internal administrative costs incurred by Brightspeed. Such costs include account maintenance and billing costs. The ASF collected from customers is intended to recover a portion of these business costs and is not mandated by any governmental authority.
