Cost Recovery Fee

The Cost Recovery Fee is applied to the total interstate and international (including usage and non-usage charges), and other network related services. The fee recovers costs incurred by Brightspeed for payment of fees, property taxes, and use of public and private rights-of-way. This is a permissible fee but is not a tax or charge mandated by any government authority.
