Every eligible installation includes three promises:

Calendar Commitment — We'll arrive on your scheduled installation day.

Verified Setup — We'll test your connection to make sure your service is working before we finish.

Signature Walkthrough — We'll walk you through your equipment, answer your questions, and make sure you're comfortable using your new service.

If Brightspeed is unable to complete your installation on the scheduled day for an eligible reason, we'll automatically apply a $20 credit to your first bill. You don't need to contact us or submit a request.

No, it’s included automatically with eligible Brightspeed Fiber Internet professional installations. There's nothing extra to purchase or enroll in.

Before your technician leaves, they'll verify your internet is working, review your equipment with you, and answer any questions about your new service. Our goal is to make sure you're connected and confident from day one.
