Following the close of our transaction in October 2022, Brightspeed communicated that we would operate on a replicated version of Lumen’s existing system under a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA). This wholesale transformation will migrate from replicated systems to new, purpose-built systems for Brightspeed and our customers.
We will continue to update you throughout this system transition to ensure you remained informed of our plans.
