Use the Service Appointment Manager tool to find out about your scheduled appointment for repair of existing service or installation of new service. 

Need to change or cancel a technician appointment?

You can access the tool in three ways:

  1. Enter your account number.
  2. Enter the phone number that is associated with your account. 
  3. Enter your appointment or ticket number if you have one.

View the details of your appointment

Up until the day of the appointment, you can view the details about new installations or repairs.

You might see some of this information about your appointment:

Job description - this is the type of appointment.

  • HSI (High Speed Internet) – No Signal / No Sync Res Repair. This means there is an issue with the signal at your residence and a tech is needed to come fix it.

  • Voice – OOS/No Dial Tone Res Repair . This means that the phone line at your residence  has an issue with no dial tone.

Earliest start time & latest start time - The window of time during which your technician will show up is this. Keep in mind that a technician will only be assigned to your appointment if and when this field is made available.  

Find your technician

You may be able to locate your technician on the day of your planned appointment. Please be aware that not all technicians presently have access to this service. You will see a "Find My Technician" button underneath the appointment details if the feature is accessible for your technician. A pop-up window containing the name and general location of your technician will appear when you click this button.
