All support provided through Cyber Shield is provided by Aura, a third-party company not legally affiliated with Brightspeed. Monthly subscription will provide service features for one individual as the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of sign-up. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning accounts for the domain associated with the submitted account. Customer may need to provide confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the account. Aura Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy will apply. Brightspeed has no responsibility or liability for support or other services provided by Aura. Brightspeed may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.
