Deposit Policy

A security deposit may be required when setting up Brightspeed Fiber Internet service. This deposit must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of order. Your deposit will be refunded to the card used to make the deposit after you've paid your bill in full and on time for 12 consecutive months. If you cancel your service before that time, the deposit will be applied to any outstanding balance, and any remaining amount will be refunded. Interest may be earned on the deposit at the rate required by law.
