Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee (FRRF)
Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee (FRRF) will be applied to interstate and international telecommunications services charges (including but not limited to voice, usage and non-usage charges). The fees help recover the amount paid to the federal government for regulatory costs and telecommunication services for the hearing impaired.
